I just wanted to give you an update on myself. I have recently been brought on as Vice President of Sales and marketing at Recording on the West-Coast and wanted to tell you a bit about our company.


Here when Recording you will find that our staff collectively has over 100 years experience, headed by renowned producer, composer and sound designer my great friend. Our proven productions and arrangements guarantee your recording experience at our Hotel is truly unsurpassed! Career highlights include; numerous Grammy credits working with artists ranging from Toto, Chicago, Van Halen & Stevie Wonder.


His work can be heard in major motion pictures over the last 20 years as well as music supervision credits including HBO Films and Guitar Hero.



Our studio manager, whose 30 years of experience in the music industry will guide you with complete one on one consultation to

formulate goals and maximize the impact of your project. He has worked with industry giants such as Kenny Rogers, Bob Dylan, Tool,

Kiss, Disturbed, Brad Paisley, James Taylor, and Cirque de Soleil to name a few while at I.A.T.S.E. (International Alliance of
Theatrical Stage Employees).


Here you will truly find a different kind of recording experience. Our season and knowledgeable staff will help you with every facet of your destination here, from our state of the art full service recording equipment, our in house accommodations (WIFI, beds,
shower, etc.) to the arrangement of one of Arizona's famous outdoor excursions. We will do everything to help you accomplish our goal of an excellent recording.


The gists of the packages are a minimum of one over night stay to however long if needed to complete goals and deadlines. We will even take the artist / band excursions in the area for a little R&R as well to blow a little steam. Basic packages are slated with
the "Studio Stay" whereas our studio has amenities for any kind of session need including all the comforts of a home including a lounge, satellite TV, WIFI, showers, beds, meals & drinks.

Our newest team member, James Galgano who’s experience, knowledge & respect will far exceed your
every expectation. Primarily focused on the business end, Jamie has developed numerous artists
including 20 Fingers, Gillette, Rusted Root, Blackberry Smoke and I.C.P. to name a few. Jamie also
served as an independent A&R consultant for Interscope Records as well as developed and maintained
relationships with other industry professionals.

Packages:

Packages are catered to artists needs and wants, however below is our most popular package and what
it entails:

“Studio Stay” ($5000.00 avg.) artists fly in on Thursday evening and leave that Sunday. There are 2 full
days (Friday & Saturday) of recording 8‐12 hours per day (Estimated songs 3‐5) with time open for
relaxation per request (Horseback Riding, Swimming, etc) on Saturday afternoon (included). Meals &
beverages are all included in the package. Accommodations are on site at the studio with showers,
Satellite TV, Video and WIFI. This package does not include airfare, however does include everything
else including transportation.
